For the queer youth wondering if they’ll ever feel “normal.”

For the quiet creatives, the autistic dreamers, and the anxious overachievers who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.

Through therapy, Reiki, and art, I hold space for healing that feels real, not clinical. You don’t have to shrink, mask, or pretend here. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up, exactly as you are.

I work primarily with kids and teens, ages 8-16, and also young adults. My approach is both structured and soul-led. I believe in evidence based tools and ancestral wisdom. In talk therapy and energy work. You don’t have to choose between getting real help and being your full self. Here, you get both. I walk alongside you, guiding you to connect with your strengths, find your voice, and embrace your unique way of being in the world.

My work is deeply shaped by my own story. I know what it’s like to grow up in a religious home where authenticity came at the cost of love. I know the grief of losing family and friends when coming out meant no longer fitting into the box they wanted me in. And I know the quiet exhaustion of moving through the world as a Black, autistic, queer person who was often told I was “too much” and “not enough” at the same time.

These experiences taught me what resilience, softness, and true belonging really mean. They’re the reason I show up with empathy, creativity, and an unwavering belief that healing is possible — not because it’s easy, but because none of us were meant to do it alone.
