Shrinking our needs so we’re not “too much.”
Saying yes when our body is begging for no.

Sometimes it’s woven into expectations.
Sometimes it lives in the standards we hold ourselves to.
Sometimes it sounds like ambition.
Sometimes it sounds like shame.

It’s okay to slow down.
It’s important to untangle what’s ours from what we were taught.
We can practice honoring our bodies without apology.

'Tis the season of love letters and Valentine's. To celebrate, this February at Stitch & Bitch we're inviting folks to write some letters of their own.

If you're holding a grudge and want to address an ex, your boss, or your in-laws, now's the time to let it out. Whether or not you actually send that letter is totally up to you.

Looking to send a postcard to your representatives to let them know how you feel? We'll have some supplies on hand to make the perfect card for them this Valentine's Day.

'Tis the season of love letters and Valentine's. To celebrate, this February at Stitch & Bitch we're inviting folks to write some letters of their own.

If you're holding a grudge and want to address an ex, your boss, or your in-laws, now's the time to let it out. Whether or not you actually send that letter is totally up to you.

Looking to send a postcard to your representatives to let them know how you feel? We'll have some supplies on hand to make the perfect card for them this Valentine's Day.

As always, feel free to bring your own craft or just hang out. Everyone is welcome in this community!

Join us for Chronic Connections, a 6-week virtual group where we’ll share, process, and support each other in community.

No diagnosis required. Just come as you are.

🗓 Thursdays, 4:30–5:45pm starting Feb 19
💻 Online (NC residents only)
💸 $60/session or $315 full pay (some sliding scale spots available)
👥 Max 8 participants
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ & neurodiversity affirming

Led by clinicians Becca Leifer & Anna Vargas, who bring both lived and clinical experience with chronic illness.
