Whatever brings you here, I believe everyone deserves a space to reconcile, grow, and redefine what it means to live a fulfilling life that truly resonates with them.

I am passionate about working with individuals navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, gender identity, interpersonal relationships, trauma, sexuality, family dynamics, ADHD, and intimacy. My passion lies in helping clients confront the complexities of being human in a world that often pushes us into rigid molds of how we should live, feel, and act.

As a queer individual who has navigated the non-linear path of identity exploration, I understand the profound influence that people, places, cultures, and environments have on our lives. I strive to integrate this understanding and lived experience into my therapeutic approach by acknowledging and examining the unique systems and circumstances that impact you.

My approach places you at the core of our work, recognizing you as the expert on your own life as you navigate varying environments and relationships. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental, collaborative space where I may challenge you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

While this forms the foundation of our work, I also draw from various therapeutic approaches—such as Narrative Therapy, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Attachment Theory—to support your well-being. Together, we can explore the strengths you possess, create new insights, navigate the obstacles in your path, and move towards meaningful, sustainable change.

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. It would be my honor to support you as we work together toward insight, authenticity, and a life that truly reflects who you are and what you deserve.
