Jenna Flemons, LCMHCA
she/her
I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship challenges, queer identities, difficulties with family members, acceptance of self, intimacy, chronic illnesses, and transitional life changes. Situating yourself as a unique person in a complex world is hard, especially when you try to do it alone, and asking for help takes courage. I’m here to help you figure out the hard stuff, cancel out the noise, and delight in the joy.
I see therapy as a conversation, a connection that invites changes in perspective and action. I
will meet you with curiosity, empathy, and intention, offering the necessary space for you to
explore what you are facing. And because trust is such an important aspect of a client-therapist
relationship, I’ll collaborate with you in determining the pace and content of our sessions.
More about Jenna:

I have mostly worked with individuals ages 18-35, but I also have experience seeing older individuals and couples. Regardless of who is in the room, I am guided by my practice of mindfulness and inspired by the ideas offered by acceptance and commitment theory and queer theory. Whether you’re straight or queer, whether you’re coming in alone or with a partner, I will honor who you are and who you strive to be as we explore the complexities and nuances of your identity, your circumstances, your community, and your potential for change.
